Window seals are used for fixing windows or windshields and provide a good seal between glass and metal sheet. They are mainly manufactured from EPDM rubber. Even under the most extreme conditions, doors and windows require an absolutely hermetic seal and therefore need to have a high resistance to shear effects . We have a wide range of standard profiles but without any problem, we can create the profile according to your drawing .

We offers U-profiles for industrial applications. Versions in various sizes with round or with straight bottom can be supplied. Most of our P-profiles are made from EPDM . Since EPDM is excellent ozone and UV resistant, the extrusions can be used indoors, outdoors and in extreme weather conditions. But also available from other materials and in custom RAL colors, including NR, SBR, Chloropene, NBR, Silicone and FKM.

Silicone rubbers have the big advantage over other types of materials that they maintain their proper functioning at -60°C up to +250°C . Making them last much longer. They are available in all RAL colors and can be completely inertness (no taste or smell), making them extremely suitable in the food industry. We can produce simple extruded profiles but also custom made in complex cross-sections.

We have a wide range of standard profiles, but we specialize in custom-made products. Based on the technical requirements and the customer’s drawing, we develop the perfect seal in the right rubber quality for your application. These rubber frames are extremely suitable for applications where the use of bonding and adhesive sealant is not recommended. Nevertheless, they fit perfectly to prevent liquids from leaking in or preventing the dust passing through.

Most of our P-profiles are made from EPDM or silicone rubber. Since both are ozone and UV resistant, the extrusions can be used indoors, outdoors and in extreme weather conditions. The silicone type is even resistant to temperatures up to 250°C.

We has an extensive range of angle profiles. Angle profiles have a high elasticity, which makes the rubber extremely resistant to cracks and perforations. L profiles are very versatile, in several ways. Often the corner profiles are made of moss or full rubber and are of EPDM quality.

Our hollow D profiles offer excellent durability and resistance, which makes them highly versatile. We offer a wide selection of standard profiles which are available for fast delivery. We can also manufacture custom profiles to your exact requirements. The hollow design is a key feature which separates our hollow silicone D profiles from the competition. The hollow center enables our profiles to offer greater rates of compression while under pressure. It also enables our profiles to easily fit into any small crevices or angles. This can greatly increase the sealing capability of our product

Rubber profiles are used for numerous applications, within a multitude of different industries. Rubber extrusions can be produced in a wide range of rubber types depending on the specific application. Our standard rubber compounds are based on NR, SBR, CR, NBR or extremely either weather resistant EPDM . However, we are also able to offer extrusions in Silicone , FKM (Viton®) or materials as thermoplastic rubber (TPE) and the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
